About This Competition
GET YOUR 2022 OFF TO A FLYER!
Our 2022 UK WINTER FESTIVAL will be hosted at a brand new venue, one of London's most iconic event venues - Printworks London.
This years event will be over 2 days with various divisions competing on either Saturday or Sunday, please see below.
This will allow much more space for both athletes and those in attendance at the event plus room for more bars, more music, more food and more FUN!
We are excited to get the community back together for one huge weekend of fitness and fun.
Like previous Winter Festivals, it will be a Mixed Teams only competition.
Saturday 29th January
The Divisions competing on Saturday will be
- Elite Teams - 5 athletes (3M/2F)
- Intermediate Teams - 5 athletes (3M/2F)
Sunday 30th January
The Divisions and Categories competing on Sunday will be
- Everyday Teams - 5 athletes (3M/2F or 3F/2M)
*Please note the date below next to Everyday Category says 29th - please disregard this, it will be 30th.

COVID POLICY
Given recent circumstances, should the Winter Festival get cancelled or date moved due to COVID, all teams will be entitled to either, roll their team entry to the new date, or a full refund.

The top 7 teams after the initial 5 workouts will complete Bonus A & B for an additional two scoring opportunities.
0 to 6 min
- In a sub team of 1 male and 1 female athlete.
- Establish a 1RM Clean.
Score = Combined weight of both athletes best lifts
6 to 8 min Transition/reset barbells for Bonus B

- 6-8 min Transition, teams load their barbells with 60/40kg.
- 8 min onwards Bonus B
On the 8 min mark the athletes that did not complete Bonus A (M/M/F) will complete;
- 60 STOH 60/40kg
- 30 BBJO 30/24"
- 6 Rope climbs
- 20 Dual DB devil's press 22.5/15kg
*One athlete working at a time
- When the above is complete the 2 athletes from Bonus A will re-join the team and the team will lunge the 4 person worm the length of the arena.
- At the end of the arena the team must complete 30 worm thrusters before crossing the finish line to complete the workout.
