The RLC Warrior Fitness Games 2024
About This Competition
The RLC Warrior Fitness 2024 is a free competiton open to all serving members of the RLC.
Event 1 will be an open online workout, conducted between 26 Jul - 2 Aug, accessible to all and achievable with all equipment readily available in barrack gyms. From this, the top 20 in males and females will be invited to live competition at Dalton Barracks, Abingdon.
Following the success of our first competition in 2023, the RLCWF team are looking to grow the competition to bring athletes the best possible competition experience!
*Anyone who is unable to complete Event 1 within the time frame, please contact Capt Ross Pethick to come up with alternative arrangements.
