About This Competition
Following the huge success of 2024, APOLLO returns for 2025!!
Built By Atlas and CrossFit Pi are proud to announce the return of their Mixed Teams of 4 Event - Apollo. This event is aimed at teams of all abilities, workouts will be fun and challenging, with every workout achievable for all individuals to take part.
Teams consisting of 2 men & 2 women will battle it out across a minimum of four WODs in the surroundings of CrossFit Pi. Who will be victorious?

0-3 mins:
Max M/F Synchro Thrusters @40/25kg (2 athletes)
Performed after WOD 3A)
3-12 mins:
Each athlete will establish a 1RM Complex of:
Clean + Front Squat + STOH
*Any variation of Clean from the floor is permitted
For Time:
90 M/F Synchro DB Hang Power Snatch @1x22.5/15kg (2 athletes)
45 Synchro TTB (any 2 athletes)
30 M/F Synchro DB Devils Press @1x22.5/15kg (2 athletes)
15 BMU*
At the same time as the above, teams must complete:
8 x 200m Run Relay in the order of M/F/M/F
(12 min cap)
*Scaled options
45 Synchro TTB = 90 Synchro Hanging Knee Raises or 90 Synchro V-Ups
15 BMU = 30 CTB OR 45 Pull Ups
