1 Final (RX Division and Masters) Anything goes

3 Divisions: RX, Master (40+), Scaled (competed in CF Open scaled)

Two Partner Competitions: Male/Female

Prizes

RX Division - First Place $1,000, Second Place $500, Third Place $250

Weights/Cals/Modifictions will be designed equally for eith pair.

* Scaled athlete is an athlete that completes workouts in their gym scaled as well as in the CF Open. They have never competed or are very new to competition. 

 

Pricing:

$165 (August 1st last chance to receive T-shirt)

Registration ends August 30th at Midnigt. 

Trading Places - You can substitute an athlete up until August 2nd, email notification required admin@crossfitcollective.com

REFUND POLICY: - No Take Backs - Life Happens - We totally get that. But please be aware that if you cannot participate in the weekend's events we cannot offer a refund for any reason. admin@crossfitcollective.com

*All equipment will be cleaned between heats to ensure the safety of all of our athletes, judges and volunteers. We ask that you do your part as well. Stay home if you are feeling ill, wash your hands, sanitize and help keep your space clean. 

Workout Release:

Workouts will be released beginning of June. Video descriptions will be released via Instagram page. @crossfitcollective

Day of Event:

Athlete registration: 6:00-7:00am

Athlete Briefing - 7:15am Sharp

Event Kickoff - 8am

We love animals but please leave your pets at home, Thank you. 

What To Bring:

Tent, Chair, mats, blankets, whatever makes you comfortable outside while you wait. 

Parking: There is plenting of parking available, we will post a photo of the athlete parking area and look for signs. 

Athlete Warm Up: There will be a designated area for athletes to warm up. 

Be Prepared:

Valid ID - For check In

Partner must be present for chek In

Spectators - No Fee

Vendors - Will be outside. We will have a food vendor day of event.

Weights and/or programming can change without notice for any reaon. Such as, equipment demand, capacity, safety and or weather. 

Other Disclosures:

CrossFit Collective reserves the right to stop any athlete we deem unsafe.

CrossFit Collective reserves the right to adjust any prize money/swag prior to August 2nd based on ticket sales. 

CrossFit Collective reserves the right to adjust the weights/movements prescribed prior to the competition. 

Please do your best to pay attention to your heat times. If you miss your heat time or floater slot be prepared to accept no points for the workout.

50' Mixed Grip Lunge (50/35) (Scaled 35/20)

1. Partners will complete a full round before switching

2. Full extension at hip for HSPU, butt may not rest on the wall. Hips must be fully open at lockout. 

3. Hands cannot touch lines in the HSPU box 

4. Feet inside width of hands for HSPU

5. Full arm lockout on Hand Release Push up

6. Full arm lockout in OH position

7. Elbow up in Front Rack position for lunge

8. Score = Time Completed

3:00 on, 1:00 off, 3:00 on, 1:00 off, 4:00 on

200 M Run

15 TTB (Scaled Knees to Chest)

9 Ground to OH (RX Masters 165/115)(Scaled 115/75)

Max CTB in remainder of time (Scaled Max Pull Ups)

1. Your team may choose to break up the movements however you would like (with the exception of the run, one partner will complete the full run each round)

2. Once your team is finished with the 9 ground to OH, you will perform as many CTB or pull ups until the time cap. A physical hand tag will be required to switch teammates.

3. Score = total number of CTB or Pull Ups accumulated over each working round. 

 

Your team will choose the number of reps to start, you then increase by 1 rep each round. (ex. if you begin with 7AB cals and & BFB you would finish with 15AB cals and 15 BFB. 

1. Partners may switch movements at the top of any minute

2. If you fail to complete your chosen reps within the minute, your workout is over. 

3. Your score is total number of reps completed

4. Tie breaker will be time in which the last round is completed. 

12:00 Min to find a 3 rep Snatch and 3 rep Clean

1. One parnter will find a 3 rep snatch (power or squat) and one partner will find a 3 rep clean (power or squat)

2. Partners cannot lift at the same time

3. Bar may not rest on the ground between reps, if re-gripping you must do that at the hip

4. Score is total combined weight
