Workouts
Each athelete will have 4 attempts to hit a maximum load in the following unbroken complex:
1 Clean
1 STOH
1 Front squat
1 STOH
*Each attempt will be made in a 1 minute period, 30 seconds to make the attempt and 30 seconds to alter the weight for the next attempt.
**Athlete 1 will make an attempt, followed by athlete 2 until all attempts have been made.
Score is the total load lifted in each athletes best completed attempts
Athletes will accumulate the maximum possible points scored within 5 minutes through the following movements:
Knee raises - 1 point
Toes to bar - 2 points
pull ups - 2 points
Chest to bar - 3 points
Bar muscle up - 5 points
* one athlete working at a time, athlete must switch once they drop from the rig.
**Athlete cannot switch movements during a single turn, you are only able to switch after coming off the rig.
When the 5 minute period has ended athletes will move straight into part B.
Athletes must complete a 1000m row for time.
One athlete working at a time.
In a 90 second interval athlete 1 must complete:
75 double unders (120 single unders - scaled)
Max reps american kettlebell swings 24/16kg (16/12kg scaled)
Athlete 2 will follow until 100 KB swings have been complete.
Athlete 1 will complete:
20 box jump overs
10 sandbag cleans
10m sandbag carry
18/14 cals assault bike
10m sandbag carry
Athlete 2 will follow once athlete has finished.
Total time is the score.

Partner deadlifts (170/110) (130/80 scaled)
Sync Single arm alternating DB devils press (22.5/15) (scaled 15/10)
Score = total repetitions completed
*scaled scores will automatically place underneath an RX score
