About This Competition

Evento clasificatorio en linea, por los atletas que llevan la programacion con MPT BY MAX

Las reglas que deben seguir los atletas de CrossFit de élite
1- Debes ser mayor de 14 años para poder competir.

2- Durante la competición te puede tocar de todo, desde nadar a montar en bicicleta o hacer un press de banca, así que tienes que prepararte de manera integral.

3- Debes estar en muy buena forma física durante todo el año.

4- Está prohibido doparse, como es obvio, y los controles en las competiciones son exhaustivas.

5- Competir en el Open es casi una obligación...

6- Competirás contra miles de atletas.

7- Compites siempre en nombre de tu país, no de donde vives.

8- Tienes cuatro días para completar un evento del Open.

9- Debes enviar las puntuaciones a tiempo.

10- Para clasificarte, debe realizar todos los eventos.

11- Tu puntuación debe ser validada por un juez.

12- Puedes competir de manera individual o en equipo.

13- Para participar en equipo, debes ser miembro de CrossFit.

14- Los equipos deben tener hombres y mujeres.

15- Debes entender bien cómo funcionan las puntuaciones.
