Workouts
athletes will begin on rowers, hadles down
3-2-1 Go!
row 1500m -off rower to run around the designated ruck loop (.32 miles) - once completed, back to rowers to complete a second 1500m row.
SCORE = TOTAL TIME
FASTEST TIME WINS
IN THE EVENT THAT THE SECOND ROW IS NOT COMPLETED. The handle will go back into the cradle at the time cap. The meters will be allowed to roll to a stop. From there, the judge will note meters remaining and add :01 for each meter remaining giving the athletes final score. Ex. - you did not finish 20 meters, score = 20:20.
RX - wearing ruck vest (30#/20#) during whole event
SC - carry med ball (20#/14#) during ruck loop
1000m row for time
*every :90 you get off rower and do 5 burpees to floor target (chalk line)
*if the timer beeps, and the meters have not been completed by the beep, but they roll over to 0 meters left, the burpees MUST still be performed. The final score will be your completed burpee time.
*Judges will have absolute say so if there needs to be burpees performed to complete the workout. You will do burpees at every interval until 1000m is competed.
RX - completed with Ruck vest (30#/20#)
SC - no vest
1:00 MAX METERS
THE ROWER WILL BE SET UP ON SLIDES.
ONLY 20 STROKES PERMITTED.
IF YOU GO MORE THAN 20 STROKES, THE WORKOUT WILL NOT COUNT.
THE MONITOR WILL BE SET TO COUNTDOWN FROM 1:00. THERE WILL BE NO ROLL OVER METERS.
JUDGE WILL COUNT STROKES OUT LOUD.
