Workouts

12 MINUTE TIME CAP FOR A + B

PART A


Partner one has 60 seconds to perform as many deadlifts as possible at their chosen weight.

30 second changeover of weights

Partner two starts on 90 seconds and also has one minute to perform deadlifts

Only one barbell may be used per team


SCORE IS WEIGHT X REPS FOR BOTH ATHLETES

On 2mins 30 secs partner one will start YGIG done as three complete rounds each:


10 Wall Balls

10 Pull Ups

10 Bar Over Burpees


Reduced height or weight wall ball = 15 reps

Jumping Pull Ups = 15 reps

Bar Over Burpees may be stepped

ROW 2200M


Every two minutes on the minute five synchro burpees

Athletes rotate row every two minutes

Both athletes must have their chest on the floor at the same time

Burpee finishes with a jump and clap overhead

Each athlete must complete a full round before swapping:


10 T2B

20 DUs

15 KB Swings Russian 24/16


While partner one completes a round, partner two must hold their KB with a single arm in contact with the shoulder.

If partner two puts the KB down, partner one must stop the workout and vice versa.


Hanging knee raises = 20 reps

Single Unders = 40 reps

Reduced KB weight = 18 reps

APPORTION WORK AS YOU CHOOSE.
