About This Competition
Keep track of how many minutes you spend each day doing some kind of movement (for at least 20 minutes in a given day)
Earn a point for each minute you spend exercising November 1st through December 20th. Enter your grand total number of minutes in the system no later than December 31st to be eligible for prizes.
The top 5 Employees with the most minutes recorded will earn prizes.
