Teams are made up of mixed sex pairs, (1 female, 1 male).
3 divisions; Scaled, RX & Open Masters
Maximum of 4 WODS
Food and Drinks vendor on site- 'Track & Trace'- check them out on Insta
This competition is about work capacity and teamwork. Any 'high skill' movement only has to be completed by one person, meaning you don't get stopped in your tracks. Below are some standards to give you an idea of what you may face on the day:
