About This Competition

El Madrid Challenger Series / CrossFit® Licensed Event Qualifier es el evento clasificatorio para poder llegar a participar en la fase final presencial del Madrid CrossFit® Challenger Series que tendrá lugar el 25,26 y 27 de noviembre en el Centro Deportivo Municipal Gallur. 

 

Politica de reembolso

Según marca la política no se hará ninguna devolución ni cambio de nombre. A excepción de lesión con justificación médica, que deberá ser verificada y aprobada por la organización. El justificante se podrá verificar solo si se envía a la organización 1 semana antes al evento (14 de noviembre 2022), no se revisará ningún justificante pasado esta fecha. En consecuencia, no se reembolsará ninguna inscripción tras dicho límite.

 

Política sobre sustitutos

Según marca la política se deberá comunicar que se quiere hacer un cambio de atleta 1 semana antes al evento (14 de noviembre 2022), pasada esa fecha límite no podrá realizar ningun cambio. Exceptuando, que un miembro de un equipo se lesione, este deberá enviar un justificante antes del día 21 de noviembre para aprobarlo. 

 

Reglas de clasificación

Es responsabilidad exclusiva del atleta asegurarse de introducir la puntuación en el tiempo definido por el plazo de entrega del entrenamiento. Cualquier entrada incompleta no podrá ser considerada. La organización se reserva el derecho de modificar el plazo de entrega.

Los resultados de los entrenamientos serán corregidos según el método presente en el Curso de Juez 2020

Window 1, to minutes 0-4 / 2 Rounds
12 CLEAN & JERKS / SNATCH / THRUSTER
12 BAR FANCING BURPEES

Window 2, to minutes 4-8 / 2 Rounds
13 CLEAN & JERKS / SNATCH / THRUSTER

YOUR CHOICE

This event consists of 3 windows of 4
minutes, each window is composed of two
exercises.
In each window two rounds have to be
performed.
In this wod it is the athlete's choice to
choose the movement with the
weightlifting bar.
There are 3 barbell movements for this Wod,
CLEAN & JERK, SNATCH and THRUSTER.
The athlete must choose one barbell
movement per window.
The same weightlifting movement may not
be used more than once.
Example 1 : VALID
1-SNATCH. 2.THRUSTER. 3-CLEAN & JERK

1 WEIGHTLIFTING BAR.
MEN 20KG,
WOMEN 15KG
WEIGHT FOR THE BAR. ELITE / ELITE TEAM
60 KG MEN, 40 KG WOMEN.
WEIGHT FOR THE BAR. RX TEAM, TEAM
MASTERS.
50 KG MEN, 35 KG WOMEN.
VISIBLE TAPE TO MARK A LINE ON THE
FLOOR.

WORKOUT 22.3a

AMRAP 11 minutos

Each Round Consist of:

  • 20 TOES TO BAR
  • 5 Overhead Squats

This qualifying wod has two results.
The first result will be the total number
of valid repetitions within the 11
minutes.


The second score will be the
maximum number of kilograms
accumulated in the 11 minute wod.
The athlete must choose a weight to
perform his overhead squat.
The weight must be submitted prior to
the event.
The weight cannot be changed during
the 11 min wod.
Example: 5 full rounds with 80 kg on
the bar for overhead squat.
Result 22.3a = 125 reps
Result 22.3b = 2.000kg

Women 15 Kg-33lb
