2023 s'annonce comme la 5ème édition de l'Alsace Throwdown.
En 2020, plus de 900 athlètes se sont défiés lors d'épreuves originales lors des qualifications, en individuel ou en équipe. Au vue du succès des dernières édition, cette année la compétition pour l'Alsace Throwdown 2023 sera encore plus rude.
Inscriptions Qualifications 01 /01/2023
Tarif Early bird (préférentiel) jusqu’au 15/01 : 20€ au lieu de 25€ l'inscription aux qualifications en individuels, 40€ en Team au lieu de 50€
Qualifications Individuels : Du 02 au 06/03 WOD 1
Du 09/03 au 13/03 WOD 2
2 WOD à réaliser et à se filmer
Le premier workout sera le Open 23.3
Teams : Du 14/03 au 23/03 : 2 WOD à réaliser et à se filmer (Premier Workout commun = Open 23.3)
Pas besoin d'être ensemble pour faire les qualifications Possibilité de s'inscrire en individuel puis en team, mais catégorie à choisir si qualifié pour la finale

STANDARDS :
- RX/Master 35/TEAM = vous êtes capables de faire les WOD de OPEN comme annoncé.
- Scaled/Master +40/Teens = vous êtes capable d’effectuer certains WOD des open comme annonce mais les charges ou certains mouvements de gym vous sont limitants. Vous maîtrisez des charges 40/25 en snatch et 60/35 en clean and jerk en WOD, ainsi que les pull ups, les knee raise et les HSPU avec abmat .
Les pre-requis concernent les WOD de qualifications et évoluent pour la phase finale.

2023 promises to be the 5th edition of the Alsace Throwdown.
In 2020, more than 900 athletes challenged each other in original events during qualifications, individually or as a team. In view of the success of the last editions, this year the competition for the Alsace Throwdown 2023 will be even tougher.
Registrations Qualifications 01/01/2023
Early bird rate (preferential) until 15/01: €20 instead of €25 for registration for individual qualifications, €40 for Teams instead of €50

2 WODs to make and film yourself
The first workout will be the Open 23.3
Teams: From 03/14 to 03/23: 2 WODs to perform and film each other (First common Workout = Open 23.3)
No need to be together to do the qualifications Possibility to register individually then in a team, but category to choose if qualified for the final

STANDARDS:
RX/Master 35/TEAM = you are able to do the OPEN WODs as advertised.
Scaled/Master +40/Teens = you are able to do some open WODs as advertised but the loads or some gym moves are limiting you. You master 40/25 loads in snatch and 60/35 in clean and jerk in WOD, as well as pull ups, knee raises and HSPUs with abmat.
The prerequisites relate to the qualification WODs and evolve for the final phase.
