STANDARDS:

SANDBAG OVER THE SHOULDER: Bag starts on the floor. May be performed in 1 fluid motion or Deadlift + Toss fashion. Score is total reps.

VERTICAL JUMP TEST: Athlete will have 2 attempts. Highest jump will be recorded.  Jump must be performed resting with feet flat on ground. Shifting of feet is not allowed. Score is Net height. Jump height minus athlete height

STANDING POWER THROW: We will follow the Army’s ACFT Standards.  2 recorded attempts.  If the first 2 attempts are not successful, the athlete will be given a 3rd attempt and final attempt.  3 failed attempts will result in a score of zero. Failed attempts are: feet crossing line on throw, athlete falling down on throw, failing to throw ball over head. Distance recorded will be initial contact on floor, not where ball ends on roll.  Score is best recorded distance.

ROW:  Rower will be set on a 2 minute clock. Score will be meters recorded in the 2 minute clock. 10 meters = 1 rep, rounded down.

JAVELIN: Athlete will set up behind a barricade and throw Trident Javelin to a bullseye target (25’ away) with 30, 20 & 10 Point markings on target. Two attempts will be given. If the first 2 attempts are not successful, the athlete will be given a 3rd attempt and final attempt. 3 failed attempts will result in a score of zero. Score is best recorded target.
