We are the nation's only all-female, all-first responder fitness competition, and we're proud of it. This one of a kind event brings together women from fire, police, and ems departments across the country who serve on the front lines every day. These fierce competitors step off the streets and onto the competition floor to battle it out in a series of fitness challenges. We are a celebration of strength, service, and sisterhood.
