*Male and female choose their own weight prior the workout and must stick to it.

Part B: score will be the total load lifted by the athletes by the end of the workout.

Example 1 :

Male picked: 70kg

Female picked: 30kg

Total load = 100kg

Workout completed fully  = 90reps

100(kg) x 90(reps) = 900kg

Score = 9000kg

 

Example 2:

Male picked: 70kg

Female picked: 30kg

Total load = 100kg

Workout has NOT been fully completed within the time cap: The team has completed 80 reps in total.

100(kg) x 80(reps) = 8000kg

Score = 8000kg

10 rounds (5 rounds each) for time and for load

Score = total reps

 

*This is a floater workout. Team can perform this workout anytime they want in between the event 1 and the event 3.
