Male picked: 70kg
Female picked: 30kg
Total load = 100kg
Workout completed fully = 90reps
100(kg) x 90(reps) = 900kg
Score = 9000kg
Example 2:
Male picked: 70kg
Female picked: 30kg
Total load = 100kg
Workout has NOT been fully completed within the time cap: The team has completed 80 reps in total.
100(kg) x 80(reps) = 8000kg
Score = 8000kg
