Workouts

Pull Up / Clean Ladder 

 

4 RNDS 

E2MOM 

10/8 Pull Ups + 1 Squat Clean

 

Barbell weight must either increase or stay the same each round.

Score is weight lifted on the 4th rnd.

Work must be completed by 1:20. You can have as many clean attempts once the bar muscle ups are complete before the time cap. The barbell must have left the ground @ 1:20 for the attempt to count. 

 

You change your own weights and let the judge know whats on the bar. 

Bar Muscle Up / Clean Ladder 

 

4 RNDS 

E2MOM 

10/8 BMU + 1 Squat Clean

 

Barbell weight must either increase or stay the same each round.

Score is weight lifted on the 4th rnd.

 

Work must be completed by 1:20. You can have as many clean attempts once the bar muscle ups are complete before the time cap. The barbell must have left the ground @ 1:20 for the attempt to count.

Pull Up / Clean Ladder

10/8 Pull Up or Jumping Pull Up + 1 squat clean

(Any clean is permitted)

Barbell weight must either increase or stay the same each round.

Score is weight lifted on the 4th rnd.

Work must be completed by 1:20. You can have as many clean attempts once the bar muscle ups are complete before the time cap. The barbell must have left the ground @ 1:20 for the attempt to count. 

 

You change your own weights and let the judge know whats on the bar. 

10min AMRAP

100 DU / 150 Single unders

75 Wall Balls 20/14lb

20 HSPU 

Max Calorie Row in remaining time. 

 

If someone doesn't complete all HSPU. Tie break time is finish time minus HSPU reps completed. 

E.G 5 reps completed 09:55

In a 10min window

150 DU

90 wall balls 20/14lb

30 HSPU

Max row cal in remaining time

 

Tie Break: Time once the 90 wall balls are completed.

 

If someone doesn't complete all HSPU. Tie break time is finish time minus HSPU reps completed.
