Workouts
Pull Up / Clean Ladder
4 RNDS

10/8 Pull Ups + 1 Squat Clean
Barbell weight must either increase or stay the same each round.
Score is weight lifted on the 4th rnd.
Work must be completed by 1:20. You can have as many clean attempts once the bar muscle ups are complete before the time cap. The barbell must have left the ground @ 1:20 for the attempt to count.
You change your own weights and let the judge know whats on the bar.
