REFUND POLICY: If you cancel your registration prior to November 8, refunds will be given. Refunds after Nov. 8 will only be given if we can fill your spot. No refunds (even if we can fill your spot) will be given after January 1,
UPCF CANCEL REFUND POILCY: In the event that UPCF needs to cancel due to any circumstance, refunds will be given.
