Only one athlete working at a time. Athletes Can break up reps however they want but must complete each movement before going on to the next.
All athletes will jump onto a 45inch plate. Rep is completed when both feet touch the plate at the same time (step ups onto the plate are not allowed)
*** NO PART OF THE FEET CAN BE OFF THE PLATE AT THE COMPLETION OF THE REP!!!
****HIPS AND CHEST MUST BE ON THE FLOOR AT THE START OF EACH BURPEE!!
****FRONT SQUAT REPS ARE COMPLETE WHEN ATHLETE COMPLETELY STANDS UP!!
****SQUATS MUST BE DONE BELOW PARALLEL!
