About This Competition

We are meant for amateur Functional Fitness athletes to compete in online competition for prizes. Anyone who has competed at the Crossfit Games is not eligable to compete.

CASH PRIZES

Cash prizes will be awarded to podium finishers in the RX division.
100% of entry fees will go towards cash prizes!! 

Both Male and Female podium finishers will recieve equal cash prizes.

Rx Divison
Entry fee: $10

Scaled Divison
Entry fee: FREE

All prizes and registration fees use Canadian dollar rates, however, we are able to award the winning athletes from around the globe using over 50 different currencies!
No athletes are required to download any platforms in order to recieve their money.

Rx Standards 

Double-unders
Dumbbell movments with 50lb/23kg for Males and 35lb/16kg for Females.

**We will allow you to substitute the dumbbell for a kettlebell if needed**

Scaled Standards 

Single-unders
Scale movements and/or dumbbell weight as neccessary.

 

COMPETITION DETAILS

The competiton will begin May 15th, 2020.

Workout 1:
Announced May 15th - Video submission due May 19th

Workout 2:
Announced May 19th - Video submission due May 23rd

Workout 3:
Announced May 23rd - Video submission due May 27th

Workout 4:
Announced May 27th - Video submission due May 31st


The competition will end May 31st.

Movment standards will be detailed with each workout.

 

VIDEO SUBMISSION

If you have a smartphone, the apps "WodProof" or "WeTime" are highly recommended.  A clock or timer with the running workout time must be clearly visible throughout the entire workout. Shoot the video from an angle so all exercises can be seen clearly meeting the movement standards.  Videos shot with a fisheye lens or similar lens may be rejected due to visible distortion.  

Follow detailed movment standards attached with each workout and displayed on our instagram page.

We prefer all video uploads to be done using Youtube.

BE SURE TO VIDEO THE WEIGHT SHOWN ON YOUR DUMBBELL BEFORE THE START OF YOUR WORKOUT.
