About This Competition
CrossFit Armoury proudly invites you to participate in the inaugural NotFit Games.
On Saturday, August 24th, 2024 co-ed teams of 4 (2 male & 2 female) will have the opportunity to compete in 4 events.
Participants can choose either Rx or Scaled division for their teams.

Workouts
All 4 team members will work together to complete 2 rounds of:
25 Sync DB Snatches
Rx’d - 50/35
Scaled - 35/25
*DB’s touch the ground and lockout overhead at the same time
50 Sync Burpees
*Athletes chests touch the ground at the bottom and are all off the ground at the top of the movement
100 Skips
Rx’d - Teams will complete 100 double-dutch skips. Each member must complete a minimum of 10 reps. The remaining reps can be split any way.
Scaled - Teams will complete 100 synchronized skips. This will be completed in fixed pairs. P1 and P2 will jump together while P3 and P4 spin the rope in round 1. In round 2, P1 and P2 will spin the rope while P3 and P4 jump.
Time Cap: 15 min

Team member 1 starts and completes as much of the workout as they want. Once team member 2 tags in, team member 1 is done as can no longer contribute to the workout.

All 4 team members will work at the same time to complete:
5000m C2 Row
4000m TrueForm Run
12000m Echo Bike
The 4th team member must perform a 2 x 16kg kettlebell farmers hold while the other 3 team members work. If the kettlebells are put down, everyone must stop. Team members can switch at any time. Once a distance is finished, the extra team member can rest or help with the farmers hold.
This WOD has a 25 minute time cap.
The NFG Combine (WOD 2)
Teams will rotate through 4 stations where each member will perform the following tests:
Rx’d Division:
Max Ring Muscle-ups in 1 minute
3 Rope Climbs for time
50’ Weighted Sled Push
Max Unbroken Bench Press reps (155/95)
Scaled Division:
Max Pull-ups in 1 minute
Max Dead Hang Hold for time
50’ Weighted Sled Push
Max Unbroken Bench Press reps (135/75)
Scoring:
Each persons score will be ranked within the division for each test. The rankings will then be added together for the final team score, with the lowest combined total winning the event.
