Tribe Athletics Presents: The Double Down Throwdown
About This Competition
The Double Down Throwndown, which will take place on June 3rd. This inaugural event welcomes same-sex teams of two, and we encourage everyone to participate. The prizes are absolutely fantastic, with the first-place team in each category receiving a $300 shopping spree and $200 in cash to share. Trust us, you won't want to miss out on this.

Women's Scaled
Men's Scaled
Please note that tickets cannot be refunded after May 19, 2023 And substitutions for team members are allowed before May 19, 2023, with a written explanation provided to us for approval.
During the event, we will offer food and drinks for purchase and a designated area for athletes to relax and sit between workouts.
On the day of the event, parking will be available to everyone, and we will send out additional details leading up to the competition.

*At 3, 2, 1 GO! Partner A will start and complete all 20 DB repetitions. Partner B will then join Partner A to complete 8 Synchronized Burpees. For round 2, Partner B will start and finish all DB repetitions and Partner A will join to complete the Synchronized Burpees. Round 3, Partner A will complete all DB reps, continuing in this fashion until the time cap.

*Both partners start off the rower. At 3, 2, 1, GO! One partner will strap into the rower while the other partner waits, teams may switch in and out as they like. Once teams reach their specified meters, teams will immediately begin Part B.
*Bars will be taken from the ground. Score will be the combined weight of the heaviest weight lifted from each partner.
On an 8 Minute Clock:
