About This Competition
CrossFit IV the 15,000 square foot CrossFit facility that will host individuals and co-ed teams to compete in The South-East ThrowDown in CrossFit RX and scaled divisions.
Spectators are welcome to attend and enjoy a day of tailgating, good food, and skilled competition. The South-East ThrowDown is the first of many CrossFit community festivals for the beautiful city of Powder Springs, located along the Silver Comet Trail.

HSPU Hang Squat Snatch 12-10-8-6-4-2 MAX REPS Rx Male- 115, 135, 155, 185,205,215 Rx Female- 65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115 Scaled Male- 85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 135 Scaled Female- 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, 85 Each person will complete (x) HSPU followed by same amount (x) Hang Squat Snatch. Max Reps only includes Hang Squat Snatch. Scaled division will complete Power Snatch.
Once complete, athlete will use remainder of time to find a 1RM clean and jerk

Each person on the team will complete one round at a time. Once the team member is complete, they will run and tag the next team member. Time ends when the final team member runs to the finish line. Scaled division will complete Power Hang Cleans and AB MAT sit ups.
