Workouts

In this part, athletes will have the opportunity to showcase their strength and technique with two challenging complexes. Two athletes will select Complex 1, while the other two athletes will choose Complex 2. The goal is to lift as much weight as possible for the complex within the designated time frame.


Scoring:

The score for this workout is the combined weight lifted by each athlete in their chosen complex. Athletes should notify the judge on the weight they will be lifting.

Part 2 of "Clean Up" is an alternating EMOM scored on maximum reps. Each minute, a pair of athletes will perform the given synchronized movements. The score is the total number of reps completed by each pair across all six minutes.


Min 1 - Synchro cluster (m/f)

Min 2 - Synchro cluster (m/f)

Min 3 - Synchro burpee over the bar (m/f)

Min 4 - Synchro burpee over the bar (m/f)

Min 5 - Synchro cluster (m/f)

Min 6 - Synchro cluster (m/f)

Forever Faster is a challenging partner workout designed to test speed, endurance, and teamwork. The workout consists of two pairs completing a series of box jump overs and calories on the ski erg for time.


The workout is divided into two parts, each completed by a different pair of athletes:



Part 1 (Pair 1 - Male/Female):

* 70 Box Jump Overs @ 24/20”

* 140 Calories on the Ski Erg


Once Part 1 is completed, athletes will transition to Part 2:


Part 2 (Pair 2 - Male/Female):

* 140 Calories on the Ski Erg

* 70 Box Jump Overs @ 24/20”

Rowing Rodeo is a 15 min chipper-style workout involving wall balls and toes-to-bar. During the chipper, three athletes will be working away on the prescribed movements while one athlete accumulates calories on the rower. After completing the chipper, athletes will continue to accumulate as many calories as possible on the rower within the remaining time.

- Score 2: Total cals on row

In this workout, teams will complete two rounds. The workout begins with 40 worm clean and jerks, performed by mixed-gender pairs.

Pairs can switch at any time during the 40 reps, but it must always be a mixed pair.


Once the clean and jerks are completed, the entire team must do 10 shuttle runs together. 1 rep of a shuttle run is there and back. Finally, the team completes a 40-meter worm lunge, again performed by a mixed-gender pair.
