Athletes will shoulder 2 natual stones and 1 sandbag as fast as possible.
Then they will move to load an atlas stone on to a platform/over a yoke for as many reps as they can within the time limit.
Athletes will carry the farmers for 20 meters, then carry a keg for 20 and load it, after which they will run back and return the farmers.
Athletes will have 3 attempts at a maximum weight deadlift.

Athletes will load 4 implements up both stairs.
Athletes will Run 20 meters with a yoke, and then head straight into 3 reps on the log.
Athletes who completes the workout in the fastest time wins.
