Vimur Team Challenge Christmas Edition
About This Competition
En boxtävling online under julledigheten. Hitta en kompis i boxen och anmäl dig till vår allra första Vimur Team Challenge. Tre veckor - tre partnerworkouts. Varje måndag presenteras en workout och den ska vara klar och registrerad senast söndagen 20:00.
Level 2 (intermediate)
Level 1 (scaled)
Workouten ska filmas och floorplan plus anvisning för det ges i samband med att veckans workout släpps. Videon kommer att granskas och samma kriterier som vid CrossFit Open kommer att användas dvs.
Good Video - All requirements are met. The score that was submitted will be accepted.
Valid With Minor Penalty - During review, there were a small number of no reps and a minor penalty will be applied.
Valid With Major Penalty - During review, there were a significant number of no reps and a major penalty will be applied.
