1st CISM Functional Fitness European Open
About This Competition
We work with the International Federation for Functional Fitness iF3 and adhere to their rules and regulations. This means that we organise six competitions in the following categories:
- Endurance
- Strength
- Skill
- Body Weight
- Mixed
- Power
The details of the competitions will be announced to all participants in advance. For organisational reasons, however, there may be minor changes shortly before the start.
The competition will be held from 8 to 12 July 2024 at the University of the Bundeswehr in Munich.

Strength - Yoke Run
Before the actual sandbag ladder, all athletes have to complete a timed yoke run. This time is used as a tie-break with the same sandbag weight.
Strength - Sandbags
Both parts must be completed in sequence. If two or more athletes are eliminated at the same weight in Part 1 or Part 2, the time from the Yoke Run determines the ranking.
