2024 USA Functional Fitness Masters Qualifier
About This Competition
2024 USAFF Masters Online Qualifier
USA Functional Fitness is looking for masters athletes to represent the USA at the International Functional Fitness Federation (IF3) Masters World Championships in Budapest, Hungaruy November 2024; NOTE: Official dates and venue location are being finalized.
Age groups represented for the Masters World Championships are as follows: 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, and 65+. These age groups are based on your age as of December 31, 2024.
The top 3 men and women from each age group will represent the USA at the IF3 Masters World Championships.
In order to earn your spot for the USA Functional Fitness Masters National Team, you will need to complete the USA Functional Fitness Masters online qualifier. The online qualifier will be open from April 22, 2024 through May 19, 2024. In an attempt to minimize qualifier fatigue, we will use 4 workouts from the 2024 CrossFit Quarterfinals for our qualifier tests.
The following tests from the CrossFit Quarterfinals will be used (https://games.crossfit.com/workouts/onlinequalifiers/2024/1?division=1):
Mixed test: Quarterfinals workout 1
Endurance test: Quarterfinals workout 2
Bodyweigth test: Quarterfinals workout 3
Strength test: Quarterfinals workout 4
You may submit your existing 2024 CF Quatertfinals scores. If you post an identical score to what is posted on the CF Quarterfinals scoreboard, you do not need to submit a video. If you wish to re-test and submit an updated score, you MUST provide a video following the same guidelines as outlined in the Quarterfinals instructions.
Any identified descrepencies will require the submission of a time stamped video of the workout in question.
If you did not compete in the 2024 CrossFit Quarterfinals, a video submission is required for each test. Standards for video submission are in the link above. The submission deadline is May 19, 2024 by midnight PST.
