About This Competition

It's the most wonderful time of the year, especially for those of us who enjoy tackling multiple workouts in one day while sporting a holiday onesie! That's right, Depot's Naughty or Nice competition is back and, as usual, holiday costumes/attire are highly encouraged!

Don't have anything to wear? Don't worry! Your registration fee, if paid by 11/26, will get you this year's Naughty or Nice T-shirt (and also the chance to win some cool prizes!)

Our 5th annual competition will take place on December 15th and the cost of registration is $40. Sign up by Monday 11/26 (11:59 PM PST) to guarantee a shirt with registration! Registrations after 11/26 will be accepted (pending space), but will not come with a t-shirt. Our competition will be capped, so sign-up today to secure your spot!**

Workouts have already been released (see below). We will send all movement standards closer to the day of the event and review them in-person on the day of the competition. If you have any questions/concerns about movements in the meantime, please email Jeff Franzen at jeff@depot.fitness
