5 minutes to climb the ladder as high as possible.........

4-8-12-16-20-24 and so on of unbroken Toes to Bar (high Knees open)

each set of reps must be completed unbroken. If you fail a set your partner can attempt the same set.

 

Score is highest round completed

 

Tie break is time each set completed.

The Gauntlet

 

6 minutes to work to a max complex each.

 

3 deadlifts

2 hang cleans

1 front squat

1 shoulder to overhead 

 

each complex must be completed without letting go of the bar and each rep must be completed individually not linked.

Score is both partners heaviest completed complex added together
