About This Competition
Join us for the fourth edition of the Mitch Hides CFC Memorial, our midyear in-house pairs competition held in memory of a long time member of our gym who left a real mark on this community.
Date: Saturday 18th of April
Time: 06:00 - 13:00
Location: CrossFit Currumbin
This is a pairs competition, open to everyone, same-sex or mixed, any combination. Whatever your level, there's a version of the workouts for you. The point is simple: get together, move, and have a great day as a community.
Mitch's name carries this event every year, and so does its purpose. Five years on, this is still about more than the workouts. It's about keeping the conversation around mental health open, and making sure no one in our community feels like they have to go through something alone. All proceeds go to LIVIN, a Gold Coast organisation working to break the stigma around mental health and help people speak up before it's too late.
Come for the workouts, stay for the reason we're doing this. Register now, bring a partner, and be part of a day that means something.
