Firebreather Throwdown Four
About This Competition
We are excited to open up our 4th Annual Firebreather Throwdown Competition to the public. The first 3 years of The FBT was purely our in-house competition. We couldn't keep all the fun to ourselves any longer. Athletes can still expect that "In-House" feel and encouragement.
FBT 4 is a same sex, teams of two Crossfit Competition. The Divisions are RX and Intermediate for Men and Women.
There will be three workouts and a floater with 5 total scores. All workouts will be released no later than July 5th with the first workout being released immediately. Workouts are designed to allow someone new to the sport up to the seasoned regular crossfitter an opportunity to have fun through competition.
Standards
RX Division
Snatch: 135/85
Front Squat: 145/95
Power Clean: 155/105
Shoulder 2 Overhead: 145/95
Box Jumps: 24"/20"
Wallballs: 20/14
Jump Rope: Double Unders
Toes 2 Bar
Pull ups
Handstand push ups: Only 1 member of the team is required to have this skill, however it will be helpful if both athletes can do several at a time.
Intermediate Division
Snatch: 75/45
Front Squat: 95/55
Power Clean: 115/75
Shoulder 2 Overhead: 95/55
Box: step ups 24"/20"
Wallballs: 20/12
Jump Rope: Singles or doubles
Knee Raises
Pull-ups - Males
Ring Rows - Females
Teammate or Division changes can be made as late as July 15th no refunds will be given after July 15th.
Parking and tent set up will be by airport landing strip on the front side of the main entrance.
