About This Competition
Event Day Schedule :
7:45-8:45am Check-In
8:45-9:00am WOD 1 Briefing
9:15-10:45 am WOD 1 Heats
10:45-10:55 Break & WOD 2 Briefing
11:00 - 12:30 Wod 2 & 2A Heats
12:30- 12:40 Break & WOD 3 Briefing
12:40 - 2:30 WOD 3 Heats
- There are the following divisions: Rx'd and scaled.
- Just added Master's Scaled and Rx Divisions
- The competition will will consist of 3 workouts.
- Registration for the event will be $100 per pair. The registration will cover the cost of t-shirts and prizes for the top finishers!
- We are capping the competition at 50* teams
Please Register by June 9th to Guarantee a shirt from the competiton. Anything After will not guarantee a shirt.
