About This Competition

This will be a smaller-scale competition compared to our Tournament Capital Classic, but fun athlete experience will remain a priority. This will be a good one to "gear up" for events in the summer! 

This is a "Gauntlet" Style format - meaning teams will complete workouts 1-4 in order on a specific timeline. Teams can expect to complete all 4 workouts within 40-minutes of their start time.

This is a "Half-Day" competition - we plan to start around 8am and have all teams finished near 12pm.

4 workouts will be performed by each team.
Awards for podium in all divisions

There will be NO refunds on registration, so once you register, you’re in! You will not get a refund if you get hurt or become otherwise unable to compete, but you can transfer your registration.
