سعداء للإعلان عن سباق القمة من سلسلة سباقات قطر للياقة البدنية الأول من نوعه في دولة قطر، والذي سوف يقام بإذن الله على ملاعب جامعة قطر «الشريك الرسمي للسباق» و تاريخ ٢٤ نوفمبر للرجال وتاريخ ٢٥ نوفمبر للنساء.
مـاهـو السـبـاق ؟
هو سباق للجري باجمالي مسافة ٣.٥ كم، يتخلله ١٠ محطات للياقة البدنية. السباق محاكاة للصعود للقمة على الشكل التالي

المحطة الاولى | فارمرز كاري (المشي بالوزن) مسافة ٥٠ متر ٢٤ كيلو رجال ١٦ نساء
المحطة الثانية | دراجة اللياقة (اسولت بايك) ٦٠ كالوري للرجال ٤٥ للنساء
المحطة الثالثة | قلب الإطار مسافة ٥٠ متر (الوزن٢٠ كيلو) خفيف نسبياً
المحطة الرابعة | بيربيز مع القفز للأمام مسافة ٥٠ متر
المحطة الخامسة | لانجيز مع حمل كيس الرمل بوزن ٢٠ كيلو
المحطة السادسة | دفع المزلاج الحديدي مسافة ٤٠ متر الوزن متوسط نسبياً
المحطة السابعة | سحب المزلاج الحديدي مسافة ٤٠ متر نفس الوزن للدفع
المحطة الثامنة | التجديف ٨٠ كالوري و٦٠ كالوري نساء
المحطة التاسعة | جهاز محاكاة التزلج (سكي ايرج) ٦٠ كالوري رجال ٤٥ كالوري نساء
المحطة العاشرة | رمي الكرة على الهدف ٨٠ عدة بوزن ٦ كيلو رجال ٤ كيلو نساء
بالنسبة للنساء
سيكون السباق في الصالة الداخلية فقط ويمنع دخول الرجال منعاً باتاً وسيكون اجمالي الجري في السباق ٢ كم ويتخلله ٨ محطات للياقة البدنية وهي جميع ما سبق ما عدا محطة المشي وحمل الوزن (فارمرز كاري) ومحطة قلب الإطار وسيكون توزيع المحطات كالتالي

We’re excited to announce THE APEX RACE which is part of Qatar Fitness Race a one of kind in Qatar, which will be hosted by Qatar University, and co-managed by G PERFORMANCE.
The Apex Race will be held on 24th November for men and 25th November for ladies.
WHAT IS THE RACE ?
It's a 3.5 km in total running race and 10 fitness stations in between, mimicking the climbing to the apex, on the following format:
OUTDOOR STADIUM START | 400M | ST1 | 350M | ST2 | 300M | ST3 | 250M | ST4 | 200M
OUTDOOR PATH | Run 1500m towards the indoor staduim through university's garden
INDOOR STADIUM | ST6 | 200M | ST7 | 150M | ST8 | 100M | ST9 | 50M | ST10 | FINISH

STATION 1 | FARMER'S CARRY 50M (24/16KG)
STATION 2 | ASSAULT BIKE (60/45 CALORIE)
STATION 3 | TIRE FLIP 50M 20KG
STATION 4 | BURPEES BROAD JUMP 50M
STATION 5 | SANDBAG LUNGES 50M (20/10KG)
STATION 6 | SLED PUSH 40M (MODERATE WEIGTH TBC)
STATION 7 | SLED PULL 40M (MODERATE WEIGTH TBC)
STATION 8 | ROWING (80/60 CALORIE)
STATION 9 | SKI ERG (60/45 CALORIE)
STATION 10 | WALL BALL 80 REPETITION
FOR LADIES
In the indoor staduim only, MEN NOT ALLOWED to enter the arena.
The race will be 2km in total with 8 stations in between instead, with same above stations excluding the farmers carry and tire flip stations and with follwoing order:
1000m run (split as you wish one athlete run at a time 2nd athlete will wait in station 1)
