About This Competition
We are excited to announce our one day RX team competition, FORTIOR FOUR, on Saturday 17/09/2022
FORTIOR FOUR RX will be in a mixed team of 4, made up of 2 Males & 2 Females, working over 4 events and a final.
The events will run from 9am until 5pm, registration is at 8:30am, event briefing will be 9:00am-9:30am.
RX Standards:
Cleans & Jerk: 80/60kg
Snatch: 60/40kg
Deadlift: 100/70kg
DB weights 22.5/15kg
Rope climbs
Muscle Ups (at least 1 of your team members)
Chest to Bar Pull Ups (at least 1 of your team members)
Handstand Walk (at least 1 of your team members)
Handstand Push Ups (at least 1 of your team members)
Double Unders
Toe To Bars

Cost per a team, is £200, (£50 per an athlete)*.

Everyone must get through the rope climbs, you must follow the same order throughout.
*if the reps are broken, the rep count goes back to 0

WORKOUT 2A:
Over 10 minutes accumulate max team weight of ‘The Snatch Complex’:
1 Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 Hang Snatch
Once you increase weight you can not decrease the load, only increase.
