About This Competition
We are back for the 7th year and this year is going to be big!
Grab your team mates (MMFF) for a competition that will not only be a test of fitness, but also your team work!
We are working with sponsors to try and bring you the best prizes.
Spectators are very welcome, we will have vendors, food, and plenty of coffee!

Workouts
Workout 1 - Cardio is Hardio (outside)
Every 90s x 8 (2 rounds of ea station)
1. Max Ski
2. Max Row
3. Max Echo Bike
4. Box Jump Over
⁃ athletes must switch stations every 90s. They will complete each station twice.
⁃ Score is total reps/calories
Workout 2 - What in the Devil was that? (Inside)
15 Min AMRAP - MF - Round for Round
8 Devils Press - sync
16 Alt Lunges - sync
24 Knee Raises (O), Pull Ups (M), C2B (A)(break how you like)
Workout 3 - Don’t Miss! (Inside)
15 Min AMRAP - 7 mins for FF, 1 min Rest, 7 Mins MM
6 x Squat Snatch / Squat Clean and Jerk
⁃ if you miss, 5 lateral bar burpees
⁃ Alternating athletes. If you can’t do the weight, 5 lateral burpees
⁃ Only successful lifts will count
Open - Squat Clean and Jerk
M: 40-50-60-70-80-90-95-100 + 5kg
F: 35-40-45-50 + 5kg
Advanced & Masters - Squat Snatch
M: 40-50-60-70 + 5kg (masters start at 30)
F: 35-40-45-50-55-60-62.5+2.5kg (masters start at 20)
*masters can power and then OHS
Workout 4 - Chip off the Block
For Time : 15 min cap
Complete : FF first then MM (Split the Work)

OPEN: 50/35 - Hand Release Push Ups
Advanced: 70/50 - Flat
