About This Competition

We are having an Intramural CrossFit competition to celebrate the end of summer!! Teams of 2 will complete each workout and each member earns points for their team. -Registration is $25 for ALL TBC members! -You will receive a free T-shirt -There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place with AWESOME prizes! -All athletes entering must complete the workout standards with proper and safe form. -Anyone can judge, as long as a coach is monitoring. -There will be a live DJ! Athlete Check in: 8AM Begins: 9AM Sept 17th Ends: 4PM Sept 17th BBQ and PARTYYYY Starts at after. Food is Provided, but please BYOB! At the end we'll crown one team champion! Scaled and RX divisions available! We plan to have a gym party on September 17rd to celebrate the completion of the comp! BBQ and Beverages all around! Deadlifts 135/95 Deadlift hold 135/95 Push press SDLHP 55/35 AKBS 55/35 Burpee to plate WallBall 9 ft target 20/12 Box Jumps/ Step ups 24/20 Thruster 75/43 Partner Carry Rowing 200m Weighted run Don't miss out! Workouts

Sprint WOD 60 Calorie Row partner DL Hold, then 60 WallBalls Description Partner 1 Rows 30 cal. while partner 2 holds barbell at the top of deadlift. Then partners will switch positions. Rower can only row when partner is at the top of deadlift hold, if the bar is dropped rower must stop. Then partners complete 60 wall ball shots. Partners don't have to do equal amount of wall ball shots, but each member must complete 15 shots.

Strength WOD 5 Minutes to establish a 3 Rep Max Deadlift Each partner must establish a 3 rep max within a 5 minute time cap. There will be one guys bar for the partners to share, and weights to equal 405 pounds. Each women's score will be worth 1.25 pounds. So if a woman lifts 200 pounds it will be scored as a 250 pound lift. The athlete must stay connected to the bar for all 3 reps. Since we want you to be safe in this comp, a no rep will be given if your back looks like a turtle shell.

Chipper WOD 10:00 AMRAP 20 Thruster 75/45 20 Burpee to plate 20 SDLHP 55/35 20yd Suitcase carry 55/45 As partners you will complete 20 reps of each movement then each partner will complete a 20yd suitcase carry to complete the round. The suitcase carry will be worth 4 reps each partner. Burpees are chest to deck. The SDLHP the KB must touch the ground each rep with hands at the collarbone to complete the rep. The reps can be broken up however the team chooses.
