Workouts
Ladder 10-1 of
Tandem Deadlifts (225 lbs)
Burpee Box Jumps (24/20”) split any way
At 3,2,1…go, both athletes begin on the barbell. Once tandem deadlifts are completed each round, then athletes proceed to complete the amount of BBJ reps per round, designating ONE athlete to complete each FULL round (ex. Partner 1 does round of 10 BBJ, Partner 2 does round of 9 BBJ, etc)
50 Synchro Jumping Pull Ups (24/20" box)
40 Mountain Climbers PER side (Knees to med ball)
30 Synchro Hanging Knee Raises
30 Inverted Burpees to standing jump and clap
40 Partner Med Ball Tosses over Bar (8 lb)
50 Partner Single Skips
2-2-2-3 min rounds (total 9 min)
Buy-In : 20 Double DB Front Rack Lunges (35/20’s)
AMRAP Calories on Bike
Format :
1st 2 min - Athlete A performs Lunges, then Athlete B performs AMRAP calories
2nd 2 min - Athlete B performs Lunges, then Athlete A performs AMRAP calories
3rd 2 min - Athlete A performs Lunges, then Athlete B performs AMRAP calories
Last 3 min - Athlete B performs Lunges, then BOTH athletes can share AMRAP calories
In an 10 min window, complete as many METERS on the rower as possible while completing :
100 Wall Balls (14/8)
100 Sit Ups
At 3,2,1…go, both athletes may start working at the same time. Once the 100 wall balls and 100 sit ups are completed, then athletes can alternate on the rower however they choose. ALL Wall Balls and Sit Ups MUST be completed in order for the meters to count.
Team score will be total meters rowed.
