Workouts
5 Minute window for each team member to find a 1 rep max clean.
Cleans can be performed as a Power or Squat.
Each athlete can have as many attempts as they wish but the heaviest successful lift from each athlete will then contribute to the teams score for this workout.
Score = 3 heaviest successful cleans combined. Total Kgs.

Each athlete can choose their own barbell weight. The 30 second transition time is for your team to change the weight if needed.
