About This Competition

Our first individual comp is here!
If your motto is "cardio-no" this one is for you.
A strength based, majority barbell, only event.
From beginner to super Saiyan strength - this is for you!
It's still CrossFit, just without running, machines and gymnastics. 

You are entering into an open division and able to pick which level you complete each workout. It is scored on a points based system - so the harder the level you choose the more points you will add onto your overall score. 
(eg. Normal x1 points, hard x2 points, expert x3 points)
