1' Rowing for Calories Each team member rows for 1 minute. Score is the total number of calories accumulated.

1' AMRAP of Stretcher Deadlifts Two team members at a time perform as many deadlifts as possible for 1 minute. Weight on the stretcher is at the team's discretion. 4 x 45# and 4 x 25# bumper plates will be available. Score is the number of reps x weight.

Max Effort Deadlift Hold Immediately following the 1' deadlift AMRAP, the pair of athletes will hold the stretcher at the top of the deadlift position. The same weight used for the deadlifts will be used for the hold. Score is time until the stretcher is put down. CAP = 3:00

- 400m Stretcher Run, 1 sandbag, Athletes A&B - 400m Stretcher Run, 2 sandbags, Athletes C&D - Sled drag, increasing weight with each Athlete, 2 x 45#, 2 x 25# - Ammo can Sprints, each Athlete

10' AMRAP: - 100 Synchronized Toes to Bar (3pts per rep) OR Synchronized Abmat Situps (1pt per rep), two athletes at a time - 80 Sandbag Thrusters (45# = 3pts per rep,30# = 1pt per rep), 1 athlete working at a time - 50 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20"), 1 athlete working at a time - 20 Stretcher Squats (both sandbags loaded, 75# total), as a team
