Workouts
10 Minute AMRAP
-150 Wall Balls **
-Max Toes to Bars (score is total toes to bar)
Both athletes will begin the workout with 1 hand each on the rig, at 3,2,1, go one athlete will run to the wall to begin wall balls, the other must remaining at the rig with 1 hand in contact with the rig while wall balls are being done, to switch places the athlete performing wall balls must run back and place one hand on the rig to release their team mate. there is about a 50' Gap Between the wall and the rig. Once the team as completed 150 wall balls (shared however) they will begin toes to bar, now one athlete must maintain 1 hand on the wall while the other performs the toes to bar on the rig, same rules apply to switch places on the toes to bar.
Wall Balls:
RX and Intermediate (20lbs 10' Target, 14lbs 9' Target)
Scaled (20/14lbs Wall Ball thrusters, no throw, locked out overhead)
Toes to Bar:
RX and Intermediate no change to standards
Scaled - Hanging Knee Raises
Scoring will be Toes to bar reps only
For Time
-100/70 Calories Echo Bike
-100 Burpee Box get Overs
*Both athletes will begin with 1 hand on the rig, at 3,2,1 go! both athletes will run out and begin working. One on the echo bike and one on the burpee get overs. Athletes can switch as often as they like and share reps however they like. Once one movement is completed then athletes may only work one at a time to complete the 2nd movement.
RX and intermediate will have Burpee get overs on 30' boxes for all. athletes may use both hands to hop up onto or over the box and down onto the other side. (no lockout required on top of the box. both hands and feet touch the box )
Scaled Divisions will have Burpee Step Overs on 20" boxes for all. (no lockout required on top of the box)
5 Rounds (per person) For Time
-100' Sled Push (25' Down and Back 2x on Rubber mats)
-12 Chest to Bar Pull ups**
*1 partner completes a full round as fast as possible while the other rests
Score is time when the 10th round is completed
RX - Chest to Bars
Intermediate - Pull ups (chin over bar)
Scaled - Ring Rows
*any kip / grip allowed on chest to bars and pull ups, body in a straight line on ring rows

-60/ 40 Calorie Row
-60 Dumbbell Box Step Overs (20" box for all divisions)
-60 Dumbbell Power Cleans
-60 Dumbbell Front Squats
athletes begin with 1 hand on the rig each, 3,2,1, go athletes will run out and begin, one will get on the rower the other will hold the dumbbells, during the row one athlete must be holding the dumbbells off the ground. Dumbbells can be held anyway with hips and knees locked out standing tall.
*RX: 50lb/ 35lb Dumbbells
*Intermediate: 35/25lb Dumbbells
*Scaled : 25/20Lb Dumbbells
