HARAKA Games 1.0
About This Competition
HARAKA Games 1.0 is a fun but challenging fitness competition for the HARAKA community.
The competition has been designed so that every single member can take part. We have four different categories for teams to choose from.
RX (Male and Female) - Our RX categories will face workouts that have slightly higher skilled movements such as Pull Ups, Toes To Bar, Double Unders along with Dumbbell, Kettlebell and Barbell movements prescribed at a weight we would usually prescibe for RX in a WOD.
Scaled (Male and Female) - Our scaled categories will face workouts and wieghts that particpants will be able to complete (the same way we scale movements/weights in a WOD).
The aim of the HARAKA Games 1.0 is to provide an opportunity for members to have something to train towards whllst also challenging themselves in a new environemnt.
We want all particpants to remember that this competiton is for FUN and that bad sportsmanship will NOT be tollerated. We encourage members to support each other whether on your team or not.
