About This Competition

SANARAMA - SERIES 1 (CrossFit Sana)

Saturday 15th May 2021 8:00am - 12:00pm

SAME SEX PAIRS - $130 per pair (incl 1 parking space)

Open RX & Scaled - Masters RX & Scaled - Teens RX & Scaled

Movement standards will be released via video on the CrossFit Sana Facebook page during the week prior to the event. Weight & movement guides have been released on the CrossFit Sana FaceBook page and CrossFit Sana website. https://www.crossfitsana.com/member-tools

 

Each Team will be required to judge (or provide someone to judge) one heat per workout.

In the case where instrictions are imposed (due to COVID or other instances), the competition will be postponed and rescheduled.

No refunds, you may substitue others into the team prior to the commencement of the competition, as long as the team remains in the category originally registered. Please email us directly info@crossfitsana.com where you require our assistance.

SanaRama - Floater #1

Flip Out

This workout needs to be completed by 10:30am.

Book yourself into a time slot upon registration/check in (around your heat times) and make sure you are there to complete the WOD when you are booked.

In 1 minute complete as many 80kg Tyre Flips as possible. You may work individually (on opposite sides) or together (on the same side), to flip the tyre within the designated space.

 

SanaRama Event #2 - Girls, Girls, Girls

The reps may be completed in any order, with each athlete completing at least one rep of each movement.

SanaRama - Event 3A

"Low"

1RM Squat Clean

In the time remaining of 10 minutes, immediately after the completion of Event 3, complete a 1RM Squat Clean.

Each team member will complete 1 Squat Clean and both weights will be added to form the total score for this event.

You may have as many attempts as you like. Weights may go up or down as desired.

Collars must be on each side of the barbell.

SanaRama - Floater # 2

Push It!

This workout needs to be completed by 10:30am.

Book yourself into a time slot upon registration/check in (around your heat times) and make sure you are there to complete the WOD when you are booked.

In 1 minute, complete as many Sled Pushes as possible. You can work individually or together on this one. The whole sled must pass over the line for the rep to count.
