About This Competition
A 1-day same sex pairs competition @ Sleven Fitness in Vauxhall, London on the 14th May.
Everyone will complete 4 workouts + a final! This is an RX standard competition; check the below for movement requirements.
We've got a mega £500 prize pot, as well as Nike goodies for podium spots, alongside sponsored prizes from Optimum Nutrition, Murgs, Adapt tape and more!
Movement requirements:
- Clean & Jerk Cycling @ 60/42.5kg
- Snatch Cycling @ 42.5/30kg
- Gymnastics: Pull-ups, toes-to-bar, handstand push-ups
- Final: Includes muscle-ups and double-unders
Entries are £100 per team and there are limited spaces, so get signed up quick!
Competition runs from 9:00-15:00. Try to arrive from 08:00 to 08:30 for athlete briefing.

HSPU & TTB reps can be divided anyhow. No minimum work requirement.
The score is the time taken to complete the work or total HSPU & TTB reps completed at the 12 minute mark.
Workout Flow
Both athletes must start behind the box with both hands touching the wall. At 3,2,1, GO, 1 athlete must complete the box step overs and the other athlete completes the box jump overs.
When reps for both movements have been completed, 1 athlete may move forward between the boxes to the opposite wall and start the HSPU.
The non working athlete must stay behind the boxes at all times.
Athletes can divide the reps however they wish & swap whenever they want but the working athlete must come back behind the box before the other athlete can proceed.

*10 Alternating med-ball lunge transition penalty
Split reps up however. Every time athletes swap, the working athlete must complete a 10 alternating med-ball lunge penalty, holding the ball however they wish.
