Complete 150 Wall Balls
**Additional Details**
Work can be split between partners however you wish
The opposite partner MUST be in a plank position for Wall Balls to count
Wall Balls:
RX Males 20#/10'
RX Females 14#/9'
Masters/Scaled Males: 14#/10'
Masters/Scaled Females: 10#/9'
Plank:
RX Hands on Ground
Masters/Scaled Hands or Elbows on Bench
For Total Reps:
4x4 min rounds w/ 1 min rest between rounds
Each round starts with 1 partner running a 400m.
Either partner can run for any of the rounds.
Once the runner finishes the 400m, the team will have the rest of the 4 minutes in the round to get as many reps as possible of the following movements:
Round 1: Sit-Ups
Round 2: Cal Row
Round 3: Pull-Ups
Round 4: Shuttle Runs
**Additional Details**
Sit-ups to be done with an Ab-Mat. Must do a minimum of 10 sit-ups before switching partners
Cal Row: Females will have their scores multiplied by 1.2
Pull-Ups: RX Males to do C2B. RX Females to do Chin above Bar
Masters and Scaled will do Ring Rows with Feet on Tape below rings
Shuttle Runs: Each 25' = 1 rep. Down and Back = 2 reps.
For Time:
45 Cleans
45 Toes to Bar
45 Thrusters

One bar per team, split however
