We are thrilled you want attend our event.
RFX Summer Showdown is our first Premium Individual Comp! It is a 3 day comp for RX ad 2 days for all other competitors!

Standards:
These are recommendations but are not the absolute hard rules. Sometimes if you are just missing one skill it’s good to be challenges in a new category to help push you. Who know you may get your first pull-up muscle-up or whatever it is you have been working towards!
Whilst the below skills are there to give you an idea of your level there is no guarantee any of those movements will be tested.
Beginner - Open to all levels of beginner Athletes. Beginners should be fun and will be!! You do not need pull-ups or double unders.
Intermediate - Double Unders, Male C2B - Female/ Pull-ups, Toes to bar, Snatch 70/45kg, clean and jerk 90/60kg.
Masters Open - We will be aiming Masters Open at Athletes who are weekend warriors. somewhere between beginner and intermediates. Training up to ~5 time per week. If you are RX level or intermediate level competitive in the Normal categories then this is not for you.
Rx - Muscle-ups, Snatch 90/55kg, clean and jerk 100/70kg.
HSPU Strict/kipping
Pre-teens - Up to 9-12 years. Although we specify an age it is only a guide as kids develop at different rates. Please contact if you are not sure. Pre-teens will need to be able to skip hang on a bar, do a wall handstand know how to use a rower and move light weights
Teens - 13-16 The ability to Snatch/ Clean and Jerk, toes to bar, pull-ups even if in singles and double unders.
