For Exness employees who will compete in the 2021 CrossFit Open.
The CrossFit Open unites hundreds of thousands of athletes around the world to compete in the world's largest participatory sporting event in history.
It doesn't matter if you're 14, 40, or 64. Just starting out or a muscle-up pro. And adaptive athletes are here to win. Compare your results by division, location, gym, or group.

Start with the stick and only add load if

If performing this workout without a coach,

about adding load as you go.
