About This Competition


אירוע ה -RFA אליפות ישראל בכושר גופני יוצאת לדרך!  
נפגשים בירושלים ביוני הקרוב.

היום הראשון 22.6.2023 והשני 23.6.2023 יתקיימו בהיכל מלחה האייקוני בירושלים בשילוב פסטיבל ספורט, דוכנים וחווית ספורט כמו שרק ב – .RFA תחוו.

 

כללי:
שלב המוקדמות - בין ה13.4 ל20.4
שלב המוקדמות לתחרות מורכב משלושה אימונים אותם על המתחרים לבצע באופן עצמאי בפרק זמן של שבוע. בתום תקופה זו צוות התחרות יאמת את הסרטונים, הסטנדרטים והתוצאות של כל מתחרה.
בסיום שלב האימות יפורסמו כלל המתחרים והמתחרות בעלי התוצאות הטובות ביותר,
אלה יעפילו לגמר שיתקיים בירושלים במשך יומיים, בין התאריכים 22-23.6.2023.

האימונים יתפרסמו ב13.4.2023 בשעה 00:00.

תאריך ושעת הגשת תוצאות:
ניתן להגיש תוצאות לשיפוט עד לתאריך 20.4.2023 בשעה 23:59. 

 

The qualifiers of the RFA competition are comprised of three workouts that competitors must complete independently within the required time frame. At the end of this period, the competition team will verify the videos, standards, and results of each competitor. At the end of the verification stage, all competitors with the best results will be announced and will advance to the finals, which will take place in Jerusalem over two days, between June 22-23, 2023.

Date and Time of Early Workout Release:
The workouts will be released on April 13, 2023, at 00:00.

Date and Time for Results Submission:
Results may be submitted for judging up to April 20, 2023, at 23:59. No results will be accepted after this time for any reason. A result submitted without a video or with an invalid link will be considered void.
