About This Competition
Das Finale der CF Saarlouis Summer Games findet am Samstag, den 7. September und Sonntag den 8. September 2024 in Saarlouis statt.
Jedes Team muss Samstag 2 Workouts absolvieren. Am Sonntag wird jedes Team zwei weitere Workouts absolvieren und die besten 4 Teams pro Division (RX, Advanced, Scaled) werden ein Finalworkout bestreiten.
Equipment für RX, Advanced und Scaled:
- Springseil
- Lifter
- Metcons
- Grips
- Gürtel
- Laufschuhe
- Tape
- Schwimmkleidung / -brille
